Further to its partnership with “Panasonic France”, BT Security Systems created the first iris recognition module for the
companies access check.
The iris recognition is a biometric technology allowed to use the human eyes iris as a unique way of identification, to allow or reject the access to the secured and confidential zones. As the iris of the human eye is extremly difficulte to reproduce, the iris recognition is one of the most reliable way of control.
It can identify as many users as you want, and the time they spend. The authentification does not need any contact between the user and the module. It can work behind a reinforced window.
The module can be connected to a computer in order to export datas, or be connected to other modules for the websites that have several inputs.
The authentification speed is 0.3 seconds, when the user is standing at 30 cm from the module. Users can come in with their hands full. The module works with a 12 volts supplying. A distance indicator is available to help users standing at the right distance. The wrong acceptance rate is only 1 in 1.2 million.
Using a speaker in the front of the module, a vocal guide gives using advices and gives the results of the recognition. It can be configured in 14 different languages. Its flexible structure can be adjusted to the size of the users and give a perfect personnal identification. That qualities can fit to a large range of uses, as the airport security, the acces control to warehouses, firm head offices, or hospitals.
The price of a such iris recognition can only be set knowing the place where it will work and your expectations.
We are at your disposal to install, to connect the module or for the after sale service. For further informations, please do not hesitate to contact us.
